X-Plate Anchor Plate is an end connection solution for securing the Horizontal Main Support Cables to the structure. The X-Plate is bolted to a surface such as a concrete abutment or pier to anchor the main support cables.
Made Specifically for Bridge Platform applications the X-Plate eliminates the need for expensive Snatch Blocks and Screw Pin Shackle Hardware!
X-Plate Anchor Plate tested over 115,000 LBS on CN-225 450,000LB Tension Test Machine. This should be well above the capacity your project may require!
Consult with Engineer specifications to insure your project's capacity requirements.
DO NOT EXCEED ENGINEER'S LOAD SPECIFICATIONS.

X-Anchor Plate Product Guide
The CABLE POSITIONER / SPREADER attaches under the Main Support Cables to keep them at the proper spacing. Because it sits below the Main Cables the hardware does not interfere with installation of the Platform Deck Panels.
The Cable Positioner/Spreader keeps the Main Cables at the required spacing to allow the Deck Panels to be installed quickly and easily! When you can't find attachment locations exactly at the proper spacing, the Cable Positioner/Spreader allows you to attach the Main Cables where you are able and still maintain the proper cable spacing to make Deck Panel installation easy.
The Cable Positioner/Spreader is also helpful on curved structures, helping to maintain proper Cable Spacing while guiding the Main Cables to keep them under the structure where you need them.

The BEAM FLANGE CLAMP allows you to terminate the platform in mid-span by providing an end connection anchor point for the main cables.
When it is desirable to terminate a platform at a location between piers, the usual end connection solutions may not work. If you can still run the support cables from pier to pier then you may use the normal end connections and just terminate the corrugated decking where you want. However if you must also terminate the Main Cables before the pier then the Beam Flange Clamps are a hardware solution that will work well here.
The Beam Flange Clamp is an end connection that simply clamps onto the bottom flange of a structural member and provides a location to attach the Main Cables. The MAIN TUBE ASSEMBLY and the DOWNRIGGER are also designed to work with the Beam Flange Clamp to give you more options when you need them. The Main Tube Assembly helps to provide more locations to attach more Main Cables and the DownRigger allows you to lower the attachment point of the Main Cables to provide more work space up to the end of the Work Deck when you need it.

Beam Flange Clamp Product Guide
The BEAM FLANGE DOWNRIGGER attaches to the bridge girder by means of the Beam Flange Clamps, to provide a termination point for the Main Cables in mid-span when the Piers or Abutments are unavailable.
The BEAM FLANGE DOWNRIGGER provides the Beam Flange Clamps with additional option of being able to lower the Platform Deck away from the bridge when more space is needed for workers and equipment right up to the end of the Platform Deck.
The BEAM FLANGE DOWNRIGGER is adjustable so that you can place the Platform right where you need it. The DOWNRIGGER is also equiped with a saddle for the MAIN TUBE ASSEMBLY to have the ability to provide multiple attachment locations across the width of the bridge at the spacing your platform requires.
*Note that the BEAM FLANGE DOWNRIGGER is not a stand alone hardware option; it Must be installed with two Beam Flange Clamps to work properly.

Beam Flange Downrigger Product Guide
The MAIN CABLE OUTRIGGER attaches to the structure and extends out to the side to provide a location to attach the Main Support Cable when you want the Platform to extend out beyond the point where the bridge structure itself does not provide a suitable attachment location.
The MAIN CABLE OUTRIGGER hardware is helpful for example when you need to access the side facia of the structure and the abutments and/or piers are not wide enough to anchor the Main Cables at a suitable spacing. The MAIN CABLE OUTRIGGER extends outward to provide a location to attach the Horizontal Main Cables and then often BEAM FLANGE OUTRIGGERS or PARAPET HANGERS are used to attach the Vertical Support Cables.
